Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL)
JBL can electronically file your tax return and have a Refund Anticipation Loan for you in as little as 4 to 48 hours. There are no upfront costs and all fees are deducted from your loan check.
RAL Product Features & Benefits:
- No cross collections with other RAL Banks for 2007
- Consistently high loan approval rate
- Loan ranges from sum of fees plus $300 to as high as $10,000
- No minimum federal tax withholding amount required to apply for a RAL
- First time filers accepted - previous RAL experience is not necessary for clients applying for a RAL

First Advance RAL
The First Advance RAL is an instant draw on your RAL. As long as you are applying for a RAL, you may also apply for a First Advance RAL. If you are approved for a First Advance RAL you can receive part of their RAL proceeds within minutes after your tax return is prepared! The following are facts you should know about the First Advance RAL:
- You must apply for a RAL in order to be considered for a First Advance RAL.
- The First Advance RAL is an advance to you of up to $1500 of your expected RAL proceeds. Your must have at least $2,500 in a tax refund to apply for a First Advance RAL
- Even if a First Advance RAL is denied, the RAL may be approved
- You must have standard W-2's as part of your completed return
Bonus Direct Account (BDA)
The Bonus Direct Account (BDA) is a quick and cost effective method for you to receive your federal tax refund. The federal tax refund is usually available within 7-14 days from the time your tax return is electronically filed. There are no upfront costs; all applicable fees are deducted from the refund amount.
